FIELD EXISTING CONDITION AND DRONE SERVICES
Our team works closely with our clients to create accurate and precise measured drawings of existing conditions. The purpose of these drawings is to document building and roof existing conditions and deliver a smooth transition for a collection of rough sketches, layouts, marked-up prints, field notes, images, white-prints, or virtually any other input into a single, uniform CAD format. The drone team utilizes cutting-edge technology to take all necessary aerial surveys and capture high-definition video to supply visual outputs in under two hours.
STRUCTURAL DRAFTING AND ANALYSIS
Our firm offers structural analysis and drafting to fulfill the needs of our clients. Structural drawings start with rudimentary hand sketches that are associated with structural design calculations, which are in accordance with local and national building codes.
PEDD has the competence and technology to provide structural analysis of the building, review of racking manufacture’s design documents and provide signed and sealed drawings for the racking system.
SOLAR DESIGN AND DRAFTING
Our team assists our clients to develop the full drawing sets needed for permit and construction phases. PEED's deep expertise in the solar energy industry makes us leaders in design and drafting. We assure high-quality products for our clients by using solar CAD standards to create a design package through a custom template for each authority having jurisdiction (AHJ). 3D SOLAR RENDERING AND ANIMATION
Our rendering team offers 3D modeling to help our clients visualize PV installation sites by adding a new dimension to your imagination and allows them to view it from different angles. PEDD will build 3D models for all types of solar systems and take clients on a grand tour of the proposed PV system.
